What is a Good Faith Exam?

All 50 states require that patients are medically cleared and approved by a medical professional (MD/DO/PA/NP) before receiving any aesthetic treatments. Some states call these clearances Good Faith Exams, Medical Board Clearances, Medical History Clearances, Aesthetic Treatment Clearances and more. Regardless of the name, we streamline this process so you are seeing more patients, safely.

The Good Faith Exam process includes establishing care with the patient, receiving medical history from the patient, completing an assessment, providing a valid diangosis and dicussing treatment options.

The legality of the Good Faith Exam is to obtain medical history of the patient and ensure that the treatments/procedures they are requesting is appropriate.

Our providers do not perform aesthetic treatments, we delegate appropriate treatment options to the performing medical provider.
